The Capitan kept driving the boat in rough ocean to various sights, just to prove to us, that it was too dangerous to get in and the sights were closed. An experienced tour provider should have recognized it and cancelled the trip. As I understand the animal sightings are not a guarantee, but given the status of the ocean it was predictable.
